It is a professional, international trade fair solely exhibiting wines made from organically grown grapes, which was created in 1993 and has since then been organised by the Languedoc-Roussillon Inter-professional Association of Organic Wines (AIVB-LR). Simple turnkey stands are all identical - the difference is the wine. The fair will also feature self-service wine-tasting areas (Enoteca and Challenge Millésime Bio award-winning wines) as well as internet cafes and meeting areas. Conferences on the organic wine market will also take place, and quality food made from organic produce will be served. 560 exhibitors displayed their wine to 3,200 visitors in 2011. Wine buyers came from 39 countries, including Northern Europe, the USA, Canada and Japan. Importers, wine retailers, wholesalers, restaurants owners were among them.
