The Soil Association is now accepting nominations for the annual Natural and Organic Products Europe 2012 (NOPE) Awards. The NOPE Awards - hosted in partnership with the Soil Association - have become the benchmark for excellence and set the highest standard for innovation, quality and commitment within the organic industry. Winners achieve not just kudos and industry respect, but also gain a competitive advantage from displaying their winners logos on products.

This year’s awards presentation will take place on Sunday 1 April at the multi-award winning venue, The Novotel London West.

The award categories are:

• Best Organic Skincare Product

• Best Organic Mother and Baby Product

• Best Innovation in Organic Cosmetics

• Best Organic Textile Product

• Best Organic Retailer

In order to allow more time for thorough testing of the short listed beauty products this year, the deadline for entries has been brought forward to 3 February 2012.

3 February 2012 – all Organic Beauty categories

24 February 2012 – Organic Textile and Retail categories
