The craft beer phenomenon has taken the country by storm as socialites are swapping their champagne cocktails for a bottle of micro-brewed beer.

Ambré, the new brew from Belgian Organic beer producer Daas has arrived on the Hong Kong scene, but this one definitely does come with a twist.

Totally gluten-free and certified Organic by the Soil Association, the Daas Ambré delivers an uncompromised taste with a classic style.

Gluten-free beer has in past met with negativity and an assumption that the flavour will be, well, rubbish and compromises made, but at Daas we are on a mission: to offer the finest Belgian beers to be enjoyed by everyone- including those who are gluten intolerant.

The release of the Ambré arrived shortly after the success of Daas’ first gluten-free Organic brew, the Blond.

The creation of Daas Organic Gluten Free beers is the result of a long research process using the most advanced technology. Our de-glutenisation comes ensures the consumer still tastes the very best of the quality hops and barley. Unlike other GF beers, which use Rice, Corn or Sorghum to make beers, our beers taste of beer.

The award winning handcrafted beers are the only brewed in Belgians to be certified Organic by the UK Soil Association. The team behind the brand firmly believes that using locally sourced hops and barley grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers makes the beers even more delicious.

All three beers are “Top Fermented Bottle Conditioned beers” meaning they undergo a second fermentation in the bottle, similar to Champagne production. Not only does this contribute to the overall quality and flavour of the beer, it also ensures that the liquid remains stable for longer than a pasteurized beer.
