Petaluma organic yogurt provider, Saint Benoît Creamery, makers of the famous Saint Benoît Yogurt, produces a natural product in Sonoma County, California. The unique, smooth, creamy flavor of Saint Benoît Creamery products begins with wholesome organic Jersey milk. Due to the success of its handcrafted organic yogurts, Saint Benoît Creamery is launching a new, organic, low-pasteurized Jersey cows’ milk on January 28th, 2012. The milk will become available at farmers markets in the San Francisco-Bay Area and will be sold at all Whole Foods Market stores across Northern California. Other independent retail stores will also carry the new milk product.

"To answer customers’ requests, we will be launching our organic low pasteurized Jersey cow’s milk," Benoît de Korsak of Saint Benoit Creamery said. "We only use organic milk that is low pasteurized and from pastured Jersey cows that will be sold in reusable glass bottles."

This product is organic and natural, and the milk is vat pasteurized and non-homogenized, which makes it tastier than any other milk available.

Started in 2004 and certified organic by CCOF, Saint Benoît Creamery prides itself on being locally sourced and sustainable. It produces its products using whole Jersey milk because it is richer and creamier, thanks to the high protein and good fat content from pastured Jersey cows. Saint Benoît Creamery is the artisanal maker of Saint Benoît milk, Saint Benoît yogurt, and award winning Saint Benoît yogurt cheese.

"I started this artisan and family venture in 2004 and contribute a unique cross-cultural experience to it," de Korsak said.
