This Chardonnay is made from grapes produced through organic agriculture. With a bright yellow colour and golden hints, it is full of citrus aromas such as green lemon offset by notes of pineapple, white peaches and minerals. It is complex and fresh in the mouth with a balanced acidity and mineral hints. Enjoy this diverse wine with seafood, white meats, nuts, creams and cheeses.

Start the week off with an organic wine where the vineyard workers use bicycles as their mode of transportation. Cono Sur winemaker Matias Rias has been responsible for numerous wine gems over the past decade, which over deliver for their price. With fresh and juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavours and aromas, you’d be forgiven for thinking there was a touch of Sauvignon Blanc (but there isn’t).
